Post 4: My Pets

Imagen
Before I came to Santiago for studying, I used to live in a farm in Putaendo with my parents. There I had a lot of different pets, like chickens, rabbits, geese, a horse, a pig and cats. I’m going to talk about my cats because they are my closest pets (not like the pig, which I ate). I remember when I was really young, we had a cat called “Sebastian”. He was black and white, and he was very lazy. One day he desapeared but I didn’t feel sad, because I knew animals were free to go or to die, that’s something you learn in the countyside. Then a new cat came by herself, we called her “Frau Caramelo”, she was blond or ginger. Years later she had a lot of babycats…. That happened like five times over the years so we always had new litters of cats growing up. It was really cute to see them in the whole process. Frau Caramelo died very very old. Like her, other cats came too and became part of this big family. Now we have a new matriarch "Sémola", who's daughter has had a lit...

Post 2: The best Holidays ever

In September this year I had the best holiday ever. I flew to Buenos Aires for ten days and ten nights with my boyfriend. We stayed in a beautiful appartment with balcony in the center of the city and it was really cheap because we rented it through Airbnb. My boyfriend has a step brother who lives there, so he took us to know the most important places in the city, helped us to get everything we needed and we met a few friends of him, but this was truly a trip of two. We rented bikes and travel the whole city biking, it was really nice. We went to the theatre like five times and we went to the cinema too. But certainly our favorite activity was eating pizza, the most beautiful, delicious and full of muzzarella pizza, almost every day. I think this was my best holiday ever, because I had never travel with a partner, just with my family or maybe with some friends. It was a really nice experience, we didn't fight even once, it was a pure love trip, and we went for a lot of days so we...

Post 1: BRAZIL

I would like to go to Brazil because I am a musician and I'd really love to learn about bossa nova and other kinds of music they make from inside, by meeting people there and experimenting their whole context. I do not know a lot about this country. I just know they have beautiful beaches and jungles, and they have a big carnival that I surely would like to experience. I also have heard that it could be very dangerous out there, but to be honest, I'm not very worried about that because danger is a very important element of adventures. And obviously I know they have a very interesing culture of music. If I went there, I would go backpacking and meeting street musicians that could help me understand the way they live music. I'd love to stay at the beach singing and playing new instruments for me. And MAYBE if circumstances occur, I could settle down there for a while and study music formally. I know that there is a very good place for doing that in Sao Paulo, it is called So...
